You will need --
7 Speed Freewheel 11-32 tooth -
Park Tool Freewheel Removal Tool -

You May Need -- 
Crank Brothers multi-tool --
(you really just need the 4mm hex wrench from it, but why not get everything if you don't already have it?)
Crescent Wrench --
(to grip the freewheel tool)
18mm Open-ended Wrench --
(for the rear axle nut)
Zip Ties --
(you will need a new one every time you remove your rear wheel)
